      RUSSELL, JOHN, (Nuncupative Will),
      Thomas Erwin aged 46 years or thereabouts sworn Saith That on or about the beginning of March last past this deponent being at the house & plantacon called Irland where John Russell then lived And the said Russell being at that prsent deprived of his speech but according to my Judgment in perfect sence and memory did first according to this deponts understanding make signes to William Serjent to follow him the sd Russell they went into a little shed and the sd Russell took two pewter dishes in his hand & made Signes to his Sonne to give him one of of the sd. dishes And according to this deponents understanding the sd. Russell made signes to give the other dish to his daughter & coming out of the sd. shed went & opened a small box & took out two silver spoones & delivered the one of the sd. spoones to his aforesd son & the other spoone according to this deponents understanding the sd. Russell made signes to give to his aforesd daughter And afterwards the sd. Russell took out a small box out of which he took one Gold ring & one Silver seale & delivered the Same to William Serjeant the sd. Serjeant saying to the sd Russell what to me the sd Russell made signes to the contrary then the sd. Serjeant said to the sd Russell what to my wife the sd Russell then made signes according to this deponents understanding that he did give the same to the sd Serjeants wife after all which signes the ad Russell put up the severall things above mentioned in the respective places where they were And there they Continued till the sd Russells decease to the best of this deponents Judgment & further saith not May the 17th 1675.       God 1668 Betweene THOMAS GREENE of the County of Rappa. pty on the one pte
      and JOHN MUSE of the same County Pltr. on the other pty Wittnesseth that the sd THOMAS GREENE for divers good causes and considerations him thereunto moving hath Covenanted and agreed and doth by these pnts covenant give and grant unto the said JOHN MUSE his heires fifty acres of land scituate and adjoyning uppon a pcell of land given to the sd JOHN MUSE by one RICHD. WHARTON being pte of a Patt wch belongeth to the sd THOMAS GREENE & RICHARD WHARTON in consideracon whereof the sd JOHN MUSES use to a tract of land for the aforesd GREENE & WHARTON and thereto to live and plant uppon the sd land a compleat twelve month for the saving of the sd tract of land moreover the sd GREENE doth warrant the sd fifty acres of land to the said MUSE his heires for Ever from any pson or psons whatsoever clayming any right or title to the sd land from by or under him his heirs, In Wittness whereof the pty above menconed hath hereunto sett his hand and seale the Day and yeare above written,
