To my son Bartholomew Dameron-all the land in Lancaster County that my father Thomas Taylor gave me, and two negroes Josua and Juda and all her increase, and all my moveable estate.

THE WILL OF ELIZABETH FLOWERS, WIDOW OF JOHN DAMERON, 1775
"In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Flowers of the County of Northumberland
being sick and weak of Body but of sound mind and Memory thanks be to God do
make this my last will and Testament in manner following, Vitz. I Commit my
Soul to God my Creator and my body to the earth its original being fully assured
that the sacrafice of Christ is worthy Expiation for the sins of the faithfull
and there fore hope that my Soul and body will have a joyfull meeting att the
Resurrection of the Just by the Merits and Mediation and Intercession of our
Compleate Redeemer the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen
"I give to my son Bartholomew Dameron all the Land that my Father Thomas
Taylor gave me lying in Lancaster County to him and his heirs like wise I give
my son Bartholomew Dameron two negroes to vitz. Josias & Juda a woman and all
her Increase to him and his heirs and all my moveable Estate,
Item, I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Eliza Waddy Darneron my negro girl May and all her
Increase to her and her heirs. It is my will that my Estate shall not be appraised.

"At a Court held for Northumberland County the 9th day of January, 1775,
this last will and Testament of Eliza. Flowers was this day Presented in
Court by Bartholomew Dameron the Exer. there in named who made oath. there to
according to law & being proved by the oaths of Sarah Swain & Betty Gill
two of the Witnesses there to was admitted to Record and on the motion of
the sd. Exer. giving Security Certificate is granted him for obtaining a
probate there of in due form.

Son. Joseph Dameron-land I now live on which my father Bartho. Dameron gave me, to him and the male heirs on his body lawfully begotten, and for want of such male heirs to my son, Thomas Dameron and the male heir as aforesaid, and for want of such heir male to my son. John Dameron and the male heir of his body but if it should happen that neither of my three sons Joseph, Thomas, and John Dameron, have any heir male, then in that case my son Joseph. Dameron's female heirs to enjoy the said land in same manner as the male heir, and for want of such female to descend to the next female in the same manner as the male heir,
Son Thomas Dameron-negro woman Hannah.
Son Bartholomew Dameron-three thousand pounds of tobacco to be paid by my son Joseph Dameron.
All my negroes and personal estate to be equally divided between.
If Elizabeth Dameron and four sons Joseph, John, Thomas,and Bartholomew Dameron, to be delivered to them when they shall attain the age of eighteen
