      This is a minor point, but his will as recorded was witnessed by Catherine C Miller - rather than Catherine Carter Miller. The abstract could lead someone to a wrong conclusion. It is not clear to me whether the "C" was intended as a middle initial (which would be unusual for a woman in 1726), was placed there accidentally, or was meant to represent her mark.
