Mr. SYDNOR and Mr. FLOWER deliver a true and just Accot. thereof and that shee meete Mr, FLOWER, THOMAS HAYNES and Mr. ROBERT GRIGGS, two members of this Cort., at such Lyme and place as they shall appointe to sweare before them to the Truth of the saide Inventory

      Jury find that Eppia Bonison was at the tyme of his departure out of this country seized of 1300 acres in
      the County of Lancaster in Fleets Bay and that he was an alien borne and so incapable of selling or otherwise
      disposeing of the same, but for his death we have noe certaine knowledge, but in case he be dead we give
      verdict that the land doth escheat.
