- Ordered by this Cort: for the better secureing of the Estate of ABIA BONISON supposed to bee deade, for the goode of the Children belonginge to the saide BONISON that an Inventory of the saide Estate bee by Mr. FORTUNATUS SYDNOR and Mr. GEORGE FLOWER taken and exhibited to this Cort, And that HONORIA, the Wife of JOHN DIXON {Dickson}, and late Relicte of the saide ABIA BONISON, doe upon the request of the sde. Mr. SYDNOR and Mr. FLOWER deliver a true and just Accot. thereof and that shee meete Mr, FLOWER, THOMAS HAYNES and Mr. ROBERT GRIGGS, two members of this Cort., at such Lyme and place as they shall appointe to sweare before them to the Truth of the saide Inventory

Phillip Ludwell, deputy escheator. Order 10 April 1668.
Jury find that Eppia Bonison was at the tyme of his departure out of this country seized of 1300 acres in
the County of Lancaster in Fleets Bay and that he was an alien borne and so incapable of selling or otherwise
disposeing of the same, but for his death we have noe certaine knowledge, but in case he be dead we give
verdict that the land doth escheat.
