- A Probate of the Last Will and Testamt, of JOHN BERRY, deced., is granted unto PATRICK CAINELL and JUILLIAN his Wife, the late Widdowe and Relicte of the saide BERRY accordinge to the tenor of the saide Will; And it is rodered by this Court that an exact Inventory of all the Estate of the saide deced., bee taken by Mr. THOMAS MARTIN and Mr. THOMAS CARTER and that the Inventory soe taken bee by the saide CAINELL and his Wife exhibited to the next Court helde for this County

- Upon adjudting of all Accots. brought in by PATRICK CAMMELL as marrieing the Executrix of JOHN BERREY, late of this County, (deced), against the Estate of the saide BERREY for funerall expences, debts paide and other charges, there appeares due from the saide CAMMELL unto SARA BERREY, Daughter of the saide JOHN BERREY, thirty pounds, five shillings and nine pence money Sterling & six hundred and two pounds of tobacco and caske, 'which is ordered to bee paide unto the saide BERREYs Estate according to the tenor of a former Order of this Court. The Clerke is ordered to take the Bond, JOSEPH HARRISON and RICHARD FLINT being his security
