Graham, Mary Elizabeth, of St. Stephen's Parish

Son William Graham-four hundred acres of land whereon I now live.
Sons John Graham, and Spencer Hack Graham-all the remainder part of my land to be equally divided between them.
Daughters Anne Graham, and Sarah Graham-my chair and horses.
If my sons William Graham, John Graham, and Spencer Hack Graham, should take any part of mother Sarah Ann Foushee's negroes, they to pay to my daughters Ann Graham, and Sarah Graham, the sum of four hundred pounds speice.
If my son John Graham, should take a negro wench Selvoy, and her children, then their value should be taken out of what I have already given him.
Rest of my estate to be equally divided between sons William Graham, John Graham, Spencer Hack Graham, and Ann Graham, and Sarah Graham.
In regards that Mary Elizabeth Graham hath sold unto Daniel Muse, two negroes, my children to pay unto Daniel Muse the value of the two negroes or ninety pounds.
