MARTINE COLE for diverse consideracons do for a valuable consideracon received before signeing hereof doth assigne over unto the sd. JONATHAN JADWYN his heires or assignes Two hundred acres of Land in sd. County of Northumberland on the South side of PATOMACK RIVER in YEACOMOCO NECKE & beginning upn the sd, River betwixt the lands of JOHN ( ) the one side & JAMES WILLIS deced., on the other ( ) appeare more at large by the Pattent ( ) sd. North: County Court hereby ( ) Two hundred acres of land being the land whereon said MARTINE COLE now liveth; to the sd. Mr. JONATHAN JADWYN his heires or assignes for ever agt. any p:son that may lay any claime; In Witnesss whereof ye sd.
