      KNOWE ALL MEN by these pr:sents that I WM: BACON for a good & valuable consideracon already in hand received have bargained & sold unto WILLIAM THOMAS his heires Two hundred acres of land more or lesse with wch: satisfacon I am fully contented, lying & being in YEACOMOCO NECK joyning upon my Land, Beginin g at ye Creeke side running to a white oake soe by marked trees till you come to a marked Gumm, then upon a line to the Land of RICHARD HOLDEN & along ( ) to the land of WM: JEFFER; To have & to hold the sd.
