memory doe ordaine constitute & appoint this my Last Will & Testament Amen Imprs. I give & bequeath my Soule to God Almighty whoe is the Father that gave it mee trusting that hee will receive it into his glorious Kingdoms;
Item. I bequeath my body to my Mother Earth to be decently & Christianly buried after the order of the Christian Church;
Item. My whole & worldly Estate that is or shall ever hereafter be found any wayes belonging unto mee. KNOWE ALL MEN by these pr:sents that I WM: BACON for a good & valuable consideracon already in hand received have bargained & sold unto WILLIAM THOMAS his heires Two hundred acres of land more or lesse with wch: satisfacon I am fully contented, lying & being in YEACOMOCO NECK joyning upon my Land, Beginin g at ye Creeke side running to a white oake soe by marked trees till you come to a marked Gumm, then upon a line to the Land of RICHARD HOLDEN & along ( ) to the land of WM: JEFFER; To have & to hold the sd. Land with all priviledges as in my Pattent is specified, tohim his heires Exrs. & Admrs. & assignes for ever; from me my heires Exrs. and assignes; To hold the sd.
