To daughter Sarah Barratt 425 acres of land lying at Potomack Creek joining upon Dr. Elder and my own feather bed and furniture and one pott of fower Gallons a frying pan and two cows Brandy and Cherry and Brandys heifer and a steere two years old and ten barrows of two years old besides her own stock of hoggs. The remainder of my estate real and personal to my daughter Patience Marks. My will is that Frances Irell {Iredell or Lyell?} should have two or three barrows.
