THOMAS LUND made humble petition to this Court that he having not yet attained to the age of one and twenty years doth humbly present Mr. JOHN WITHERS as his Guardian and prayes that he may be administrator to the same And forasmuch as Thomas Lund and Mr. John Withers did both appear in this Court and John Withers did accept Thomas Lund free and voluntary offer and did willingly take the said charge and forasmuch as Thomas Lund and John Withers his Guardian did aver and justifie to this Court that HENRY COLDSTREAM admr cum Testamento annexed of the Estate of THOMAS ODENELE late of this County deced doth detaine and withhold from him his Estate which was bequeathed to him by his Father CHRISTOPHER LUND late of this County deced Therefore tis ordered that Henry Coldstream in Qualification afsd shall deliver up unto John Withers in Qualification all the Estate which doth properly belong unto Thomas Lund by vertue of Christopher Lund will his deced Father.

      Page 155-156 To all Christian People .. this 11th day Febry, 1702/3 Now Know ye that I THOMAS LUND of County Stafford Carpenter for sum 4000 pounds of Tobacco paid and reced of ABRAHAM FARROW of said county Millwright .. have sold all that parcel of land containing 800 acres lying in county Stafford the said 800 acres of land being formerly sold by CHRISTOPHER LUND ffather of Thomas Lund to JOHN MATHEWS his assignment on the back of the said Pattent dated 3d January 1666 but never acknowledged by means whereof the land did descend to Thomas Lund the present vender it being bounded as by the sd original Pattent granted to Christopher Lund father of the sd Thomas Lund dated the 22d October 1665 the said land being by several means conveyances sold & transferred to divers but now in possession of said Abraham Farrow and accordingly claimed by him ..

CHRISTOPHER LUND deced the said Land was never acknowledged by said Lund unto Mathews your Petitioner having purchased said Mill humbly prays that your Worships order for the laying out of two acres of land according to Act of Assembly in that case made and provided in duty bound shall pray.
