      Phillipp Comes son of Phillipp Comes is adjudged twelve yeares of age and is bound apprentice to Thomas Beach, with him to live till hee bee one and twenty yeares of age. Beach doth assume to teach and instruct him in the art and mastery of a bricklayer which he now useth.

      The last Will and Testament of JOHN SOUTHERLAIN, deed. was presented into Court by KATHERINE his relict who made oath thereto and being proved by the oaths of WILLO. ALLERTON and ELIZABETH ADKEY witnesses thereto is admitt to record and upon mocon of PHILLIP COMBS who intermarried with the said KATHERINE Admicon with the Will annexed is granted them of the said deed. Estate JOHN AWBREY &WILLIAM MARTIN assuming in Court to be security for their faithfull Admicon according to law. Ordered that WILLIAM NEWTON, JOHN FOOTMAN, WILLIAM DAVIS & DANIEL TEBBS or any three of them being first sworn before one of his Majesties Justices for the County aforesaid value and appraise the said Estate in money and make report thereof to the said next Court.
