      To daughters Rebecca, Eliza, Judith and Ann Robins 650 acres of land on the branches of Gilson and Hodgkins Creeks viz. to my eldest daughter Rebecca 200 acres; to daughter Elizabeth 150 acres; to daughter Judith 150 acres ; to daughter Ann 150 acres which makes the sum of 650 as by Pattent will appear but if all or any of my daughters die without lawful issue then to go to my son Alexander. To son Alexander land I bought of Wm Berry containing 133 acres. All my cattle to be divided between my wife and children share and share alike.       To Jeremiah Parker 250 acres of Land of the same Tract Called ye Range and Joyning to the above said 250 bequeathed to Mr. John Daingerfield. The residue of the above Tract of Land called ye Range all whole and singular with the appurtenances (saving and Excepting what is above bequeathed) to my Loving sister Dorothy Boyces als Browne.
      To my God daughter Sarah Shipley daughter of Daniel Shipley 250 acres of Land that I hold by Patent and Conveyance Lying in this County of Rappa on the south side of the River in the Parish of South ffarnham and Joyning to the Land of Mr. Joseph Goodrich and the Land of Thomas Wood.
      To Frances Daingerfield daughter of Mr. John Daingerfield one gold ring with three barn and a stone in it being the least of three rings that I have.
      I will that my horses and mares and what Debts are due unto me go to pay my Debts with all and the residue of my personall Estate after my Debts are paid I give and bequeath to my beloved sister Dorothy Boyces als Browne.
      Executrix my sister Dorothy Boyces als Browne and Mr. John Daingerfield to join with her as overseer and assistant. What Tobb. of mine in the hands of Mr. John Daingerfield be by him expended and disburst in the Paying of my sisters passage into the country.
      I will that my man Grace be and remain wth Mr John Daingerfield until my sister comes into this country unless he can dispose of him on a good Acct: towards the defraying of charges either of my sisters Passage or other charges that he may be at in the Managing my Estate in whose hands (to wit) Mr John Daingerfield I will that my Estate may remaine until my sister may arrive in Virginia. Requests that Mr John Daingerfield see that his funeral be solemnized at the house where he dies and that a funeral sermon be Preached for him at the Lower Church of Sittingburne Parish at the first opportunity of a Minister. If my sister should not come into the Country Then my will is that my Land that is not already above bequeathed (to wit) the Residue of that Tract of Land called the Range be disposed of and I do dispose of it thus Viz.: I give unto Mr John Daingerfields children 800 acres of the said Land Residue to be equally divided between them and to Thomas Parkers children 800 acres of the said Land to be equally divided between them and to Daniel Shipleys children 900 acres of the said Land to be equally divided between them being 3000 acres in the whole.

Nov Know ye that I the said Sr. EDMOND ANDROS Knt. &c. doe with the advice and consent of the Council' of State accordingly give and grant unto THOMAS PARKER of Essex County Thirty acres of land lyeing in the said County on a branch of OCCUPATION CREEK, beginning at a scrubby red Oake by the Marsh side corner tree in WILLIAM HARPER, and extending along his line North West by North Two hundred and sixty per: to a small white Oake saplin, thence South twenty six degrees West twenty & half per: to a white Oake in the line of ROBERT GULLOCK, thence alonghis line South twenty seaven degrees and halfe Easterly fifty five and halfe per: to a scrubby read Oake in an Intersecting line of GULLOCKs, thence along another line of GULLOCKs North six degrees Easterly eight and halfe per: to a small red Oake corner tree to GULLOCK, thence along another line of GULLOCKs South East by South one hundred and sixty per: by a white Oake corner tree to GULLOCK, thence along another line of GULLOCKs South West by West thirty eight per: to a stumped white Oake in his said line by the Marsh side, thence along the Marsh and Creek side its severall courses to the first mentioned station, the said land being due unto the said THOMAS PARKER by and for the importacon of One person &c.       KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I THOMAS PARKER SENIOR of the County of Essex doe sell assigne set over & alienate all my right & interest of in & unto this within mentioned Pattent & the land therein conteyned unto HUGH CAREY of the said County his heires & assignes for ever to him the said HUGH CAREY, to have and enjoy the said land and to his heires and assignes forever with warranty from all and any persons whatsoever claiming any right thereunto under me my heires and Executrs: or any of them.       Richmond County Court 2nd of August 1694
      - WILLIAM RUST of the County of WESTMORELAND brought his action in this Court against THOMAS PARKER and declares that a Horse the right and property of the CompIt. about two years old black in colour and branded with his own proper brand on the near Shoulder being a Cross, about six years since with other Horses out of the said County of WESTMORELAND went a way into the County of Richmond and sometime after his going away did sell the woods about TOTUSKEY in the said County and that the sd THOMAS PARKER unlawfully hath taken into his custody the said Horse and the same unlawfully doth detaine and keep and to his own use convert to the CompIts, damage One thousand five hundred pounds of tobacco for which he craves Judgment with costs the Defendt. pleades Not Guilty, and for tryal puts him self together with the CompIt. upon the Country, Whereupon it is ordered that the Sheriff summon twelve good and lawfull men of the County to try the matter in issue, who being impannelled and sworne by name EDWARD JEFFERYS, JOHN RANKIN, JAMES ORCHARD, JOHN TRAPLEY, JOSEPH DIKE, DENNIS CAMERON, RICHARD HARMAN, PETER FOXEN, WILLIAM CAMBELL JOHN SYMONS, THOMAS HEWES and NICHOLAS SMITH, brought in this following verdict (We of the Jury find no cause of action), which verdict this Court have confirmed and Order the suit to be dismist, the Plantiff pay all costs als. ex.

      BE IT KNOWN unto all men that wee JEREMIAH PARKER & REBECKAH my Wife of County of Essex for ye valuable consideracon of Seven hundred pounds of law full tobacco to us in hand paid doe by these presents for ever make from us our heirs unto JOHN PARKER, our Brother, of ye sd County of Fssex and to his heires & assignes for ever, all that land that I the said JEREMIAH PARKER bought of LODWICK & JOHN ROWZEE, together with the adjacent land that I had by Gift from my Father, THOMAS PARKER SENR., (be ye sd land more or less) and lying on OCCUPACON CREEK in ye abovesd. County & do herewith assigne to him ye sd JOHN PARKER all ye writings, deeds, evidences belonging & to ye sd lands appertaining To have and to hold & to enjoy to him ye sd JOHN PARKER & his heirs & assignes forever, together with all houses fences woods waters & marshes thereon belonging with all priviledges thereunto incident and appertaining without ye lett & ejection & with warranty peaceably to enjoye from all claimes of all persons that shall lay claime to ye sd land & to any part thereof from or under as ye sd JEREMIAH PARKER & REBECKAH our heires & other of them and we have hereby possessed ye sd JOHN PARKER with sd land & appurtenances by Livery & seizin of Turff & Twogg utterly quitting & by these presents relinquishing all our rights to ye sd appurtenances with all deeds, writings & evidences which may belong, In Confirmation of all & ever of these above recited premisses, wee hereunto set our hands and seales this 2d day of November Anno Dom 1694
