      IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN October ye 6th 1732 1 SARAH CRUFF of the Parrish of South ffarnham in the County of Essex Widow being weak and sick in body but of sound & disposeing mind & memory do make this my last will testamt in manner following. I desire my body may be buryed in decent manner at the discretion of my Executor herein after named trusting through the meritts of my blessed Saviour Christ for the Salvation of my Soul and for the disposal] of my worldly estate I give devise & bequeath the same as followeth. ffirst my will is that all my debts be paid that I owe to any manner of person within convenient time after my decease by my Executor hereinafter named Item I give & bequeath to my Grandson SAML. GREEN one shilling Sterling to him and his heirs forever. Item I give devise & bequeath to RICHD. CRUTCHER Son of HENRY CRUTCHER one three year old heiffer & one pair of hand irons to him and his heirs forever. I give & devise to my beloved friend CATHERINE CRUTCHER the Wife of Henry Crutcher the use of my negro girl Frank until she arrives to the age of twenty one years & after that my will & desire is she shall become ffree if the Laws of the Colony at that time will permitt slaves to be ffree other-
      wise I give devise & bequeath the sd negro girl Frank to Henry Crutcher & Catherine his Wife to them and their heirs forever. All the rest and residue of my Estate in what nature or kind soever both real & personal I give devise & bequeath unto my loving friend Henry Crutcher & to his heirs forever &Lastly I constitute and appoint my loving friend Henry Crutcher whole & sole Executor of this my last will and Testament.

      THIS INDENTURE made the fourteenth day and fifteenth day of September in the year of our Lord God according to the Computation now used in the Church of Great Brittain Seaventeen hundred and thirty Between SAMUEL GREEN of the Parish of Southfarnham in the County of Essex Sonne and heir of DANL. GREEN late of the sd County deced of one part and JAMES WEBB of the sd Pish and County of the other part Witnesseth that sd SAMUEL GREEN for the sum of three thousand pounds of good sound and merchantable tobacco to him paid by the sd JAMES WEBB he doth grant and confirm unto the sd JAMES WEBB his heirs and assigns for ever the land, Plantation and premises hereafter mentioned in his actual possession now being by virtue of Indenture of bargain & Sale for one whole year and of the Statute for transferring uses into possession All that tract of land conteyning One hundred and eighty acres with all and singular its rights together with all houses, Edifices, Orchards, Feedings and appurtenance wtsoever belonging being in the Parish aforesd on the South side of the RAPPA. RIVER and on the North side of the DRAGON SWAMP formerly bought by one SAMUEL GREEN Grandfather to the sd SAMUEL GREEN party to these presents and one CHARLES CHAIR of one HENRY CREATON being part of a tract of two hundred and twenty acres of land formerly granted by PATTENT to one THOMAS PADDINSON and bounded as follows begining at an old OAKS SWAMP by the Main DRAGON SWAMP and running up a Branch thereof North East over the sd Branch to a Corner Chesnut thence North East to a white Oak on a hill side by an other Branch thence North East to a great Oal Corner white Oak belonging to THOMAS CROW and WM. CHAYNY thence East to a white Oak in THOMAS CROWs and THOMAS HINES's lines now markt for a Corner of the deviding line between one BREDGAR and this land of GREENS thence South West to the DRAGON SWAMP again to a markt Popler thence up the DRAGON SWAMP again the several Courses to the beginning place being the land and Plantation whereon SARAH CUFFE now liveth and the reversions and remainder and also all the Estate right whatsoever To Have and To Hold unto the sd JAMES WEBB his heirs and Assignes forever.
