NICHOLAS ROGERS, a Servant man belonging to JOHN STOTT, JUNR.
came into Court and voluntarily agreed to serve his Master one year after his time by Indenture custom or former Order of Court is expired in consideration of NICHOLAS his promise when sold but NICHOLAS is not to be sold for the years service to any person whatsoever nor to serve the same unless his Master live till the same be expired or his present Mistress continue so long a Widow in case of his Master's death
