Bros. &Sisters:: Elizabeth Priest, Marmaduke Brown, George Brown,
Jonathan Brown, Wm. Brown, Martin Brown, Frances Maddix, Sibby Brown, Rebecca Brown - my negro woman Dinia and her Daughter betty Shall be sold and the money with all the money that is Due me by Bill Bond and accnt. be equally divided between these three last mentioned shall have five percent, less then the others and when this money shall be collected before it be divided there shall be Enough taken out to Wall in the graveyard.. on my father's Plantation with stone twelve feet Square, Four feet high.
Sister: Martha - the deed of gift made to us both by Sir Marmaduke Beckwith and the first Choice of my three gold Rings and a Ivory fan
Sister: Elizabeth Priest - my side saddle and cover and such wareing Clothes and trunk that is at Her house and Six Puter plates I leave to Mason Priest my Sister son
Sary Brown my Brothers wife - six yards of Black Dureuth and Black Silk Bonnet to Peggy Brown their Daughter.
Sibby Brown & Rebecca Brown - my other two gold rings - Sibby to have the next Choice - Remainder of my Clothes and one pair of Silver
Studs to be equally divided between all my sisters.
