Indenture made November 16, 1792; William Cook, tanner of Charles County, Maryland in consideration of 450 pounds real money paid by Benjamin Estep, planter of PGCo has sold a PGCo tract called "Pennys Choice" formerly laid out for Henry Thickpenny in Calvert County, Maryland {now PGCo} on the west side of Patuxent River and on the north side of Swansons Creek containing 200 acres only the graveyard excepted; and the said William Cook is in full possession and is firmly seized in his demesne of an indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple.
