GLENDENING the only Son of the said ANN of same ... consideration of 3000 pounds of good Tobacco and sum of ffive Shillings .. grant ffour hundred acres by conveyance bearing date 27/29 Aprill 1724 and likewise delivered unto JOSEPH ARMSTRONG and ELIZABETH his wife, JNO: ARMSTRONG and ELLEN his wife, WILLM. GRANT and MARGARET his wife and DAVID SEAL and Jeal his wife to each of them is demised .. bound by Suppisition Land to each ffor 100 acres .. now there remain 250 acres .. by Muddy Creek .. being part of a greater tract granted unto JNO. MOTT and GEORGE MOTT by Pattent 17th Octo. 1670 afterwards bequeathed by GEORGE MOTT ffather of ANN GLENDENING unto his ffour Daughters ELIZABETH, MARGARET, ANN and ELLEN in joynt tenancy by his last Will .. ye last day of March 1674 and duly proved in Rappahanock Court the 27th day of May 1674 .. said land afterwards divided between the Sisters relation being had unto the said Pattent and allso unto the said Will of GEORGE MOTT .. the said 250 acres being left within the bounds of the 650 acres .. bounded to the said Ann and haveing within it the old plantation where the said Ann now liveth and also where JNO. GLENDENING now liveth and contains the Plantation where liveth SIMON WHITE and RICHD. PEARLE the said two Plantations also the old Plantation with 250 acres of land granted unto the said JOHN GLENDENING and PHEABY his wife .. provided John is not to disturb Ann in her house .. during her naturall life ..
