      To sister Drusilla Culvert, same land at decease of my mother, she to pay to the rest of my sisters, or their children, 40 lbs. currency.

      1752-1757 Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records Liber NN [Abstract by Mike Marshall]; Page 364. At the request of Joseph Sim the following Deed was recorded June 9, 1755
      Indenture made June 6, 1755; between Frances Culver of Frederick County, Maryland, widow and executrix of the last will and testament of Henry Culver, Jr., of said county deceased and Henry Culver, 3rd, the son and heir of Henry Culver, Jr., of the said county aforesaid of one part and Joseph Sim of PGCo of the other part. Witnesseth that whereas Henry Culver, Sr., late of PGCo, deceased, was seized of a tract called "Woodbridge" which he devised as follows;
      "I give to my dear wife Catharine Culver a tract called "Woodbridge" as long as she shall continue a widow or otherwise a third part during her natural life", in which Henry Culver, Jr., had the reversion and a fee simple after the her death or her intermarrying, as the son and heir of Henry Culver, Sr., and afterwards Henry Culver, Jr., did make his last will and testament in writing and did devise in form following, "Item, it is my will and mind that all my lands in reversion lying upon Patuxent River and now in the possession of Catharine Culver, my mother-in-law be sold and the money to be equally divided among my five daughters, vizt; Drusilla, Anne, Rebecca, Elizabeth and Cassandra" and his wife was appointed full and absolute power to execute this will. Now this indenture further witnesseth that Frances Culver, in consideration of 40 pounds sterling money of Great Britain paid by Joseph Sim have sold a tract called "Woodbridge" in possession of Catharine Culver containing 118 acres and beginning at a parcel of land laid out for Thomas Hyde and a parcel laid out for Major Fitzherbert to land laid out for Mr. Roger Brooke. Signed Frances Culver, Henry Culver in the presence of and acknowledged before Joshua Beall, Christopher Lowdnes and at the same time France Culver relinquished her right of dower

      Indenture made March 16, 1767; between Bennett Combes, Drussilla Combes his wife, {Thomas Davis, Elizabeth Culver} and Rebecca Quick of Frederick County, Maryland {of the one part and Francis Ignatius Coombes; {Whereas Henry Culver by his} last will and testament did devise a tract called "Pitchcroft" lying in PGCo to be sold and equally divided amongst his daughters, Drussilla Culver, Ann Culver, Rebecca Culver, Elizabeth Culver and Cassandra Culver. And whereas the said Drussilla, Ann, Rebecca and Elizabeth being arrived to the age of 21 years have agreed to dispose of the aforesaid tract of land. Now this indenture witnesseth that Bennett Combs and Drussilla Combs his wife, Thomas Davis, Elizabeth Culver and Rebecca Quirk in consideration of 115 pounds current money paid by {Francis} Ignatius Coombes have sold the tract called "Pitchcroft" containing 156 acres. Signed Benn Coomes, Drusilla Coomes, Thomas Davis, Elizabeth Culver, Rebecca Quirk in the presence of and acknowledged before Joshua Beall, Christopher Lowndes and at the same time Drussilla Combes w/o Bennett Combes relinquished her right of dower
