Will of OWEN WILLIAMS.
I OWEN WILLIAMS of Parish of Fairfax in Fairfax County being in perfect senses .. give and bequeath to my well beloved son, JEREMIAH WILLIAMS, a tract of land whereon he lives containing 288 acres with three negroes with what stock and furniture he now possesses .. at his decease to heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for want of such heirs to return to ANN JENNINGS and JEMIMA JENKINS to be equally divided between them and then descend to such heirs as they think proper to give it to.
I bequeath to my well beloved daughter, JEMIMA JENKINS, two young negroes .. bed and furniture I usually lie on with one half of the Plantation and Tract of land I now live on and at her mother's decease said JEMIMA JENKINS is to possess the whole tract of land and premises.
I bequeath to my daughter, ELIZABETH JENNINGS, one cow and calf and one years schooling.
I bequeath to my daughter, ANN JENNINGS, five pounds to be made up out of the crop of Tobacco that is inspected ..
I leave the use of half the plantation and Houses I now possess with half the plantation I leased to Mr. SAMPSON DARRELL to the use of my well beloved wife, KAZIA WILLIAMS, with the use of two negroes .. at wiles Decease to be equally divided between JEREMIAH WILLIAMS and JEMIMA JENKINS .. remainder of Estate at decease of wife be equally divided between ELIZABETH JENNINGS, ROBERT JENNINGS and ANN JENNINGS, daughter of DANIEL JENNINGS, and JEMIMA JENKINS .. this 21st day April 1769.

Fairfax County Sct I OWEN WILLIAMS of aforesaid County for the natural love and affection which I bare unto my son in law THOS. JENKINS and my daughter JEMIMA his wife of County aforesaid doth sell and make over unto Thos. Jinkins and Jemima his wife two negroes the one a girl named Hanah the boy named Ewell for the use and benefit during their natural lives and after their decease to descend to there children McCAGE and OWEN with their increase to be equally divided .. this fifth day of November 1772.
