Order Book B., p. 85. Ordered that S. G. Marshall be appted. Grn for George Rossell orphan of Stephen Rossell decd who is over 14 years of age, the said George being at Ohio born sick in Boone Co. and it being proved by the oath of Fountain Rossell that the said George asked the sd. Marshall apptd. his gdn. & Marshall Thompson $1000 bond.... (Feb 1822)
