George Keech Sr. December 30, 1791; January 30, 1792
I, George Keech of CC, being weak and weak of body but of sound and disposing mind and memory;
To my wife Charity Keech all the land during the term of her life and one moiety of my personal estate.
Whereas my nephew John Keech claims part of the land devised to my wife, in case he should disturb my wife in the peaceful possession, then the whole of my land to be sold after the decease of my wife and the monies equally distributed to the children of my brother James Keech and ll the children of my sister Ann Parker; However if the said John Keech does not disturb my wife, then after her decease all my real estate of whatsoever nature to him.
To my nephew John Keech after the decease of my wife, the other moiety of my personal estate, paying unto my three nieces Casandra Smallwood, Sarah Turner and Sarah Keech the sum of twenty five pounds current money each one year after the decease of my wife.

Jul 18, 1772 from George Keech of CC, planter, to Joseph Courts of CC, son Hester(?), for 10 shillings and part of a tract of land called Courts Discovery, which lies on the east side of the main Road that leads from Allens fresh by Doctor Brown's late dwelling plantation to Port Tobacco, and for divers other good causes, the sale to sd Courts of part of a tract of land called Keeches Square, which lies on the west side of the above mentioned road, being in CC on the west side of Zachia Swamp, originally taken up by Courts Keech, containing about 55 acres. Signed - Geo Keech, Joseph Courts. Wit - Jno Winter*, Philip Briscoe*. Charity, the wife of the sd George, relinquished her right of dower. Recorded Nov 14, 1772.
