Wit - Allen Davis, Jas Nivison. Ann wood, the wife of the above named Samuel wood, came into Court, and being first privately examined, voluntarily relinquished her right of dower to the lands conveyed. This deed was acknowledged in CC by Samuel and Ann Wood. Recorded Jul 25, 1753.
