I, Ann Sanders of CC being sick and weak in body but of sound and perfect memory
To Ann Gardiner, daughter of William Gardiner, negroes, Gerrard, Mary, Milly, Helen, Henny, Primus and Catharine.
To Mary Gardiner, daughter of William Gardiner, negroes, Vickey Jr., Lisha and child Celia.
To Eleanor Brook, daughter of John Brook, negroes, Tom, Charity and child Ann.
To James Brook, son of John Brook, negro boy Matt.
To Doritha Brook, daughter of John Brook, negro girl Sell.
To Joseph Gardiner, son of William Gardiner, negro boy Matthew.
To Ann Gardiner, son of William Gardiner, my riding horse and chair, one of my best feather beds and furniture, leather chairs, one large black walnut table, one large looking glass, one bay mare, and best chintz gown.

To the Reverend John Boarman, one thousand pounds of crop tobacco to be paid within twelve month after my decease.

To son-ln-law William Leigh, and dau. Leigh, tract. of land I now live on, during their lives, called St, Barnard's, reserving adjoining land of Wm. Mathews.
To grand-dau. Dorothy Leigh, land I now live on called Ste Barnard's, In case dau. Suffiah never have a son by son-ln-law Wm. Leigh, but if she shd. have, I bequeath all land to that son, but if she shd. not have an hr., then above lands to grand-son Joseph Taney.
To son Monica, slave.
To grand-son John Brooke,, payment of his pt. of estate due from his father's estate, Is to say In slaves due him out of my slaves, that I have in Calvert Co.; balance that remains of slaves of mine in Calvert: County, which sd. gift I give on these conditions: that if he arrives to the age of 21 and comes back to this country, and not In Holy Orders.
To son Joseph Doyne, 3 lbs. ten s. sterl. money.
To grand-dau. Anne Mattingly., If she lives to age 16,, some slaves; Wm. Leigh and his wife having the use of this slave till Anne Mattingly arrives at age 16,

I, Joshua Sanders of CC, am weak in body but of sound mind.
To my wife Ann Sanders - two thirds of my Bounty , Ann's Delight .. during her natural life .. the following Negroes; Bob, Veikee,, Nace, Charity, Galan of Bobo), Sarah, Alley, Benny, Vickey Jr, Lotty, Walter, Premen, Priss, Bess, Joseph, Milley, Negro girl Sesten, Waccy, Massey, Rolon, Tons, Gerrard, .. to her forever, Also, all my household furniture and .. gilding .. crop tobacco. Also, Negro Charles and Nell, his wife, with their children, during her natural life.
To my 4 neices, Elizabeth Sanders, Teresa Sanders, Mary Sanders, Martha Sanders - .. during their single lives.
To my niece Catherine Sanders - a tract of land called Ann's Delight. Also a tract of land in Zachiah Swamp .. after my wife's death and the single lives of the 4 sisters in one third part of the first tract. Also Negroes Nace, Sen', and Will, forever. Also, Negro Chacten Nell, his wife, all their children and increase, after my wife's death. Also 1 gray colt.
To my "wrefess" Sarah Thompson's children - .. crop tobacco, 15 £currency also my .. of clothes.
To the poor of this Congregation - 5 £currency.
To my 4 neices, elisabeth, Teresar, Macy, and Martha Sanders - the rest of my personal estate after my just debts are paid, to be equally divided between them.
