I, Leonard Clement of CC, planter, for 50 £sterling, sell to William Eilbeck of CC, merchant, a Negro woman called Jenny & a Negro girl called Kate, about 9 years old, and a Negro boy about 4 years old called Jack, and the increase of sd Negro woman Jeny. If, however, ad Leonard Clemente pays sd William Eilbeck 50 £sterling with legal interest from today according to the tenor of the sd Lenord Clemence's bond to the sd William Eilbeck for 50 £sterling dated today, then this bill of sale shall be void.
