To my three children equally, Mary Clements, Phebe Clements and Matthias Clements, negros June and Sarah
To my five children, John Clements, Mary Clements, Phebe Clements, Matthias Clements and Clare Bennett, all my lands belonging to me in Charles County and the remainder of my other property equally divided.
