I, Leonard Clements Senior of CC being in a weak state of health, but of sound mind and memory
To daughter Mary Clements, negro Jenny, and one bed and furniture
To daughter Phebe Clements, negro James, and one bed and furniture.
To son Matthias Clements, negro Willam and one bed and furniture.
To my three children equally, Mary Clements, Phebe Clements and Matthias Clements, negros June and Sarah
To my five children, John Clements, Mary Clements, Phebe Clements, Matthias Clements and Clare Bennett, all my lands belonging to me in Charles County and the remainder of my other property equally divided.
