If, however, ad Leonard Clemente pays sd William Eilbeck 50 £sterling with legal interest from today according to the tenor of the sd Lenord Clemence's bond to the sd William Eilbeck for 50 £sterling dated today, then this bill of sale shall be void. Leonard & Walter Clements have this Nov 6, 1767, joined in a bond with me, as Security to Saml Hanson for the payment of 150 £before next Nov 6 with interest, in order to indemnify my sd security from all damages that may happen to them. Therefore, I hereby make over to sd Leonard & Walter Clements, the following 5 Negroes, to wit, Pegg, Gloster or Nacey, Henry, Ben, & Priscilla, which ad Leonard & Walter may sell for the payment of sd bond in case the same shall not be paid by the time therein mentioned.
