      Priscilla Dixon's Will.
      I, Priscilla Dixon of CC, spinster, am very sick and weak but of sound mind, memory, and understanding. Firstly, want my just debts paid.
      To my brother John Green Dixon - my Negro girl Sarah and 1 red silk handkerchief.
      To my brother Samuel Dixon - my bed, bedstead, & furniture and 1 large, black walnut chest, 1 cupboard, and a tailors goose, 1 Dutch oven, 1 iron pot, 1 gold ring, 2 flat irons, 3 stone plates, and all my fowls.
      To my brother Henry Dixon - 1 cow and calf and my spinning wheel.
      To my niece Martha Dixon, daughter of Francis and Elizabeth Dixon - 1 piece of Chintz, my horse colt, and my saddle, 1 black gauze apron, and 1 yard of white gauze.
      To my sister Susanna Maddox, widow - 1 new white cotton gown, 1 red cloth cardinal, 1 new jersey petticoat, 1 cotton apron, 1 striped cotton handkerchief, 1 pair of dark chintz cuffs, 1 pair of sheep skin gloves, and 1 yard striped ribbon.
      To my sister-in-law Elizabeth Dixon, wife of Francis Dixon - 1 yellow striped cotton gown and petticoat, and 1 cotton apron.
      To my sister-in-law Eleanor Green, wife of William Green - 1 blue striped cotton gown, 1 white linen apron, 1 black silk bonnet, and 1 new lawn handkerchief.
      To my friend Ann Stacy Arms - 1 blue striped cotton habit, 1 blue striped cotton short gown.
      To my niece Ann Dixon, daughter of Francis & Elizabeth Dixon - 1 old cloth cotton gown, 1-1/4 yards of ribbon, and 1 checked linen bonnet.
      To my Negro girl Sarah - 1 yellow striped cotton gown, 1 old yellow petticoat, and 6 or 7 lbs of cotton in the seed.
      To my Negro Nan, mother of sd Negro Sarah - 1 blue cloth country petticoat, 1 blue cloth striped country cloth riding skirt, and 6 lbs cotton in the seed.
      To the Revd Mr, John Bolton - 40 shillings for such as he may think proper.

      At the request of Charles Bradley the following Bill of Sale was recorded August 20, 1808
      Maryland, Charles County Sct; we John Arms and Mary Arms his wife do by these presents transfer over to Charles Bradley in trust all the land horses, sheep and furniture that they may be entitled to by the death of Francis Dixon deceased and for the purpose to secure the said Bradley against the judgment obtained against said Arms and Bradley at the suit of Joseph Sheirburn as witness whereof we do hereunto set our hands and seals this March 30, 1808, John Arms, Mary Arms, in the presence of and acknowledged before Luke F. Matthews
