      William Skinner Sr's Will.
      I, William Skinner of CC, am sick and weak but of sound mind and memory. Firstly, I want my just debts and funeral charges paid.
      To my son Thomas Skinner - the part of this tract of land that he is now living on, named Duncaster, dividing by a course from his fence dividing across from my fence. If he dies without a male heir, to fall to my son, William Skinner.
      To my daughter Catteran Skinner, the wife of James Skinner - the part of the tract of land called Duncaster that is within his enclosure dividing as his fence goes near the road.
      To my son William Skinner - the parcel of new land that I am now possessed with, named Duncaster enlarged.
      To my sons George and James Skinner - 1 shilling Sterling, each.
      To my wife Ann Skinner - the sd tract of land that I am now living on, and all the land that I am possessed with and my whole living and estate, during her life, and after her death, the rest of Duncaster to be left to my daughters, Elizabeth Skinner & Sarah Skinner & Heneritte Skinner, during each of them living single, then to my son William.
      Executor: my wife.
      Signed Dec 31, 1781 - William (X his mark) Skinner. Wit - Jno Smith, Uzziah Posey.
      Probated on Jan 21, 1782 by the oath of the executor, and by the oaths of both witnesses. Thomas Skinner, the heir at law, was present at the taking of the above probate, and did not object to the same.
