Bequeaths to:
I. Sarah Soper --wife
-to have for her natural life testator's dwelling plantation whereon he now dwells and all the land adjacent not already deeded beginning at 2 poplars, should she remarry, then to have one third part of the land
-to have Negroes: "Alcey" "Isaac" "Marlboro" "Cass" "Nell" "Pegg" "Will" -Betsey' "Nancy" "Levy" "Lefty"
-to have one third of the remainder of the personal estate and the other two thirds of the moveable estate consisting of stock, household and plantation utensils with the crop from the present and next year to be divided between testator's children
-named executrix of the will
2. Benony Soper --son
-at widow's decease to have all the dwelling plantation left to testator's widow
-to have Negro man "Aron" and Negro boy "Charles"
-to have 1 black mare which is Benony's present riding mare, I cow I feather bed and furn., 1 cross cut saw and testator's gun.
-to have all that tract or parcel of land called "Soper's Addition" cont. 70 acres
3. Mary Anne Soper --daughter
-to have Negro girl "Mary" Negro man "Sam" Negro man "Robert"
-to have 1 black mare colt,. I cow, I feather bed and furn.
4. Robert Soper --grandson
Alexander Soper --grandson
Leonard Soper --grandson
Sarah Hurley --granddaughter (wife of John Hurley and Asa Moze (moore?)
-remainder of testator's Negroes to be divided among them
-Sarah to support her mother if required

"being of sound and disposing mind and memory
Bequeaths to:
1. John Soper --son
-to have all that parcel of land lying upon the head of a branch which runs to Hinson Branch called 'Adventure" cont. 44 acres and also to have another piece or parcel of land calked "Soper's Gleaning" cont. 150 acres and adjoining to the land called "Adventure"
-named executor of the will
2. Elizabeth Soper --wife
-to have for her natural life and no longer one third part of the following tracts or parcets of land: 'Burtride" (7) 'Bachelors 'Choice' and "---'s Delight" to include the testator's present dwelling house with the privileges for her natural life and not to waste any more than sufficient for the needs of the plantation -to have one third part of the testator's personal estate

-after widow's death, the reversion of the thirds of testator's lands left her to be divided equally between them
-to have the other 2/3 part of testator's tracts of land being: "Burbridge" "Bachelor's Choice" and "Weaver's Delight' to be divided equally between them

-to divide between them in equal portions that part or parcel of land called "Goldenrod Enlarged" cont. 130 acres
5. Elender Ridgeway --daughter
