"being of sound and disposing mind and memory
Bequeaths to:
1. John Soper --son
-to have all that parcel of land lying upon the head of a branch which runs to Hinson Branch called 'Adventure" cont. 44 acres and also to have another piece or parcel of land calked "Soper's Gleaning" cont. 150 acres and adjoining to the land called "Adventure"
-named executor of the will
2. Elizabeth Soper --wife
-to have for her natural life and no longer one third part of the following tracts or parcets of land: 'Burtride" (7) 'Bachelors 'Choice' and "---'s Delight" to include the testator's present dwelling house with the privileges for her natural life and not to waste any more than sufficient for the needs of the plantation -to have one third part of the testator's personal estate
