Bequeaths to:
1. Daniel Downes --son
-to have Negro boy "Hcnly"
-to have I bed and furn„ which he generally lies on. a young roan horse, saddle and bridle which he has in use his choice of either cows and calves, I cwe and lamb
2. Heneritta Downes --wife
-to have the use and labor of the Negroes "Kett" and -.Phillip" for her natural
-to have one third part of the personal estate
-named executrix with testator's son Daniel
3, Arnie Downes --daughter
Catherine Downes -daughter
Elizabeth Downes --daughter
-after widow's death, to divided 'Phillip" and "Kett- between them but should the
Negro boy given Daniel die w/in 14 years, their he is to have one fourth of the Negroes with his three sisters
-remainder of the estate to be divided among testator's three daughters
4. Charles Downes --son
-to have $20.00
5. William Dowries --son
-to have $4.00
6. Josias Downes --son -to have $4.00
