Bequeaths to:
1. Mary Nevitt --wife
-to have for her widowhood all of testator's personal estate being Negroes, stock, household furn., and anything else--except for silver watch
-named executrix of the will along wi testator's son John
2. -Thomas Nevitt --son
Mary (Nevitt ?) --daughter John Nevitt --son
Sarah (Nevitt?) --daughter Martha (Nevitt ?) --daughter Daniel Nevitt --son
-after widow's decease or remarriage all of the estate to be divided among testator's children
-Daniel to have testator's silver watch
-Thomas John, and Daaniel to have all of testator's land lying in Pennsylvania called "Nevitt's Choice" cont. 56 3/4 acres to he divided equally among them
