Oct 28, 1779 from Nathaniel Wallace and Frances Wallace of M, to Francis Clements of M, for 3000 £, part of a tract of land called Brothers Industry, and being part of 500 acres of land formerly conveyed to William Wallace Sr, bounded by a branch that makes into Captain Johns Branch and known by the name of Booths Branch, then to that part of Brothers Industry as was formerly conveyed to William Wallace afd, containing and now laid out for 400 acres.
