I, James Montgomery, Jr. of Charles Co, am in perfect health and sound memory.
To my brother, William Montgomery - my bed and furniture and all my stock of hogs.
To my sister, Anne Mary Montgomery - 7 yards of Irish linen.
To my brother, Ignatius Montgomery - the rest of my goods and chattels.

Benjamin Montgomery's Will_ Sep 2, 1777. I, Benjamin Montgomery of CC, am in perfect health and memory, but calling to mind the uncertainty of this life, I make this, my last will.
To my brother Ignatius Montgomery - all my land, it being part of a tract of land called Monmouth Enlarged. But if he dies without issue, then I bequeath the land to the heirs of my brother, Joseph Montgomery,
To my brothers Ignatius Montgomery and James Montgomery and my sister, Ann Mary Montgomery - all my moveable estate, to be equally divided between them.
Executor: my brother Ignatius Montgomery.
Signed Nov 5, 1775 - Benjamin (X his mark) Montgomery. Wit - William Turner, Randolph Turner, Francis (x his mark) Wheatley. Probated by the oaths of witnesses William and Randolph Turner. Joseph Montgomery, the heir at law, being sick, did not attend.
