      the interest on the said money and at his death the sum is to be divided

      Edward Henry Pye, Will, July 12, 1813; September 25, 1813
      I, Edward Henry Pye of CC, being in weak health, but of sound mind and memory;
      To my mother Sarah Pye, all my land with the appurtenances during her life and at her death equally divided among my brothers and sisters.
      Item: my mother to choose such of my negroes as she may wish for her own use an the others equally divided among my brothers and sisters.
      To mother Sarah Pye my Horse and Gigg
      To brother Charles Pye, my gold watch
      Item: I will and desire that when my funds in England (which are considerable) shall be received that my executors shall place 400 dollars in my mothers hands to be by her given to such minister of the gospel as she may choose to have mass for me.
      To cousin Henry Stonestreet, 200 dollars.
      Item: I desire that a mourning ring may be procured by my mother and presented to my aunts Mary Stonestreet, Elizabeth Dent and Margaret Stonesteet.
      To cousin Joseph N. Stonestreet, 100 dollars.
