Bequeaths to:
1. Joseph Edelin --brother
-to have the sum of $6000 for his natural life that is he shall receive
the interest on the said money and at his death the sum is to be divided
among his children
-to have 1 sorrel colt 2 years old of "Floretta"
-to have the sum of $2000 in addition to the above gift to him for his natural life and then to be divided among his children
2. Elizabeth Dent --sister
-to have the sum of $2500 and also to have the testator's carriage and
1 gray horse.
-to have Negro girl "Suck"
-to have $250
3. William Lewis Dent --nephew (son of sister Elizabeth)
-testator's executor to pay her the sum of $2500 and she to pay William
the interest on the $500 of the sum annually and at his death to divide the sum among his children

-to have the sum of $250
5. Margaret Stonestreet --sister
-to have the sum of $2000
-to have Negro woman "Harriet" and her children

-to have Negro girl "Betsy" and Negro boy "Moses"
-to have Negro man "Lundy"

-to have Negro "Bill Barton" and his wife "Sarah" and 2 children
-to have the sum of $300
13. Nicholas Stonestreet --nephew
-to have the sum of $1000
-to have Negro boy "Witt" and Negro girl "Stacy"
-named executor along with testator's brother Joseph and instructed
to make sale of the testator's land and personal estate and the money
from the sale to pay debts and after debts are paid to pay legacies
14. Joseph N. Stonestreet--nephew
-to have the sum of $500 and also release and discharge him from
a note of his in the testator's hands
-to have Negro man "Harry"
15. James B. Pye --nephew

-to have the sum of $500
-James to have the testator's bay colt 2 years old out ofthe"day of
Algiers's mare."
16. Mr. Walter Parker
-to have 1 yoke of oxen and the choice of a flock bed, and a bay colt 2
years old out of E. Edelin's bay mare.

-to have the sum of $300
18. "Wiliam Sly" --Negro man
-to be free at testator's death and to be paid amiually the sum of $40.00
-to have the testator's new bridle and saddle

-to have the testator's desk and bookcase

Edward Henry Pye, Will, July 12, 1813; September 25, 1813
I, Edward Henry Pye of CC, being in weak health, but of sound mind and memory;
To my mother Sarah Pye, all my land with the appurtenances during her life and at her death equally divided among my brothers and sisters.
Item: my mother to choose such of my negroes as she may wish for her own use an the others equally divided among my brothers and sisters.
To mother Sarah Pye my Horse and Gigg
To brother Charles Pye, my gold watch
Item: I will and desire that when my funds in England (which are considerable) shall be received that my executors shall place 400 dollars in my mothers hands to be by her given to such minister of the gospel as she may choose to have mass for me.
To cousin Henry Stonestreet, 200 dollars.
Item: I desire that a mourning ring may be procured by my mother and presented to my aunts Mary Stonestreet, Elizabeth Dent and Margaret Stonesteet.
To cousin Joseph N. Stonestreet, 100 dollars.
