May 28, 1780 from Isaac Sellers and Elizabeth, his wife, and Thomas Richardson and Anne, his wife, of Yohogania County, Virginia, to William Blackmore of M. Whereas Samuel Blackmore, late of Frederick County, decd, by his will, recorded in the Proprietors Office of Maryland, bequeathed to his daughters, Elizabeth and Anne Blackmore, all his lands and tenements, to be equally divided between them, and whereas the sd Elizabeth married the afd Isaac Sellars, and the sd Anne, with the afd Thomas Richardson, parties to these presents, now this deed witnesses that the afd Isaac Sellers and Elizabeth, his wife, and Thomas Richardson and Anne, his wife, for 100 £, grant to sd William Blackmore, part of a tract of land called Discovery, beginning at the NE corner of John Coffee's land, containing about 100 acres. Also part of one other tract of land called Bealls and Edmonstons Discovery, beginning at William Blackmore's 100 acres, containing about 42 acres. Signed - Isaac Sellers.
