In the name of God Amen.. I PETER WEVER of the Parish of Brumfield and County of Culpeper being sick in body but in perfect sense and memory do make this my last Will & Testament .. first I recommend my soul to God that gave it .. my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently at the direction of my Executors hereafter named.
Primis I give unto my daughter ELISABETH CHRISTLER one hundred and thirty three acres of land Begining at three red oaks ( ) to JOHN WEVER to hold to her her heirs forever.
Primis I give unto my daughter MARGRET WEVER one hundred & thirty three acres of land ( ) to Elisabeth Christler to hold her her heirs forever.
Primis I give unto my daughter BARBARY CARPENTER one hundred & thirty three acres of land ( ) to Margret Wever to hold to her her heirs forever.
Prim is I give unto my daughter CATHARINA WEVER and my Daughter HANAH WEVER the piece of land whereon I now do live with the Plantation to be equally divided between them their heirs forever.
Primis I give unto my Daughters Margret and Catherine Wever and Hanah Wever each of them one cow & calf one Blankit and Bed to them and heirs forever.
Primis I give unto my beloved Wife ELISABETH WEVER my houses and Plantation and all the remainder of my estate whatsoever that is to say Negroes Horses Cattle hoggs Sheep household goods of all sorts till after her decease or marriage but if in case she should marry then she is to have thirth part of all my estate till after her decease and then the sd thirth part is to fall back to all my sons and daughters to hold to them their heirs forever.
I will that my personal estate goods & chatt les be equally divided among all my children that is to say, JOHN WEAVER, MATHIAS WEAVER, PETER WEAVER, BARBARY CARPENTER, ELISABETH CHRISTLER, MARGRET WEAVER, CHATHARIN WEAVER and HANAH WEAVOUR to hold to them their heirs forever, that is to say after my above sd wife decease or marriage
Lastly. I make and ordoin my beloved on John Wever, Mathias Weaver Executors of this my last

This last Will and Testament of Peter Wever decd was exhibited to the court by John & Matthias Weaver Executors therein named and was proved by the oaths of Michael Yeager, Mickle Utz Witnesses thereto & ordered to be recorded and on the motion of the said Exors. Certificate is granted them for obtaining a Probat thereof in due form they have sworn to the same & given Bond & Security as the Law directs.

I MICHAEL KAFFER of the Parish of Brumfield & County of Culpeper being in perfect health & sound memory .. therefore I make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. First I recommend my soul to God that gave it .. my body I committ to the Earth to be decently buried at the direction of my Executors hereafter named.
Imprimis I give unto my Daughter ELISABETH married to ADAM GARR five pounds in money to her and her heirs forever after my decease And it is my Will and desier that all the remainder of all my personal Estate to be equally divided after my Childs part is taken of among all my children That is to say my Daughter Elisabeth ( Marrd. to Adam Gar), and my Daughter BARBARA ( marrd. to JOHN WEAVER), and my Daughter MARY ( Marrd. to GEORGE UTZ) and my Daughter MARGRAT ( marrd. to NICHOLAS KRIGHTER) and my Daughter DORATHE ( marrd. to JOHN CLORE), and between my deceased wifes children, that is to say JOHN THOMAS, MICHALE THOMAS, MAGFLANA ( marrd. to MICK SMITH) and MARGRAT (to HANNRY COLLER) to them and their heirs forever,
And it is my will and desier that my childs is to be equally divided between my daughters that is to say Elisabeth, Barbara, Mary, Margret and Dorathe to them and their heirs forever after my decese.
And it is my desier that John Thomas is to fall short in the above mentioned Estate three pounds eight shilling which he all rally received and lick wise Madeleine Marrd. to Mick Smith Ten pounds which she allrady has received.
Lastly I make and ordain my beloved friend Adam Gar Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all other Wills by me made and Witness that this be my last Will and Testament I have hereunto set my hand &. seal this 28 day of Decemb. 1762

This last Will and lestament of Michael Kaffer deceased was exhibited to the Court by Adam Garr the Executor therein named and was proved by the oath of Deobald Christler & Zachary Blankenbecker two of the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of the said Executor Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Probat thereof he having sworn to the same & give Bond and Security according to Law.

George the Third to WILLIAM KIRTLEY &ROBERT THROCKMORTEN Gent of Culpeper County Whereas said Frances Barbour & Frances Rouse cannot conveniently travel to our Court to make acknowledgment we do command you to go and rceive their acknowledgment and certifie us thereof in our said Court ROGER DIXON Clerk of the said Court at. the Court House the Fifth day of November in the Eleventh year of our Reign 1770.
By virtue of the within Commission we did personally go to Frances Barbour and Frances Rouse and examine them .. and they declared they did the same freely and that they were willing the same be recorded in County Court of Culpeper 18th November 1770

THIS INDENTURE made this the 12th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety Between PETER WEAVER of County of Culpeper of one part and JOHN WEAVER of foresaid County of other part; Witnes-seth that PETER WEAVER in consideration of the sum of Ten pounds current money of Virginia to them said PETER WEAVER & MARY his Wife well and truly in hand paid, hath bargained and sold unto JOHN WEAVER his heirs a certain tract of land lying in PETER WEAVER's Old Patent Bounds being part of the tract he made over to his Son, PETER, by Will or Deed in the County aforesaid; containing Ten acres more or less & bounded, Be-gining at three white Oaks in ADAM UTZ line, thence North fifty four West thirty two pole to one large Pine in said UTZ's line, thence North forty three East one hundred & ten to a Hickory, thence to the begining; Together with all orchards and all other the appurtenances belonging; with all rents and reversion of rents free from hindrance of any person; To have and to hold the land and premises from all incumbrance of mortgages dowers and reversions and to be to the only use of JOHN WEAVER his heirs; As Witness our hands & seals the day & year above written Sealed & Delivered in the presence of (no witnesses recorded) PETER WEAVER
