      "being of sound and disposing mind and Memory .."
      Bequeaths to:
      1, William Ford--son
      Priscilla Robinson --daughter
      -to have for their natural lives all that part of a tract of land called "Ford's Delight Enlarged" "Venture" and "Addition to Venture" which lie to the northward of a line which is drawn and intersects with the line of "Chance" and to be divided between them by a line from the end of 135 perches on the north 73 degrees west line and thence ... so as to make an equal division of the said parts of the tracts with William to have the eastern part and Priscilla the western part.
      -Priscilla to have Negro boy Jem" for her natural life on the condition that she maintain and clothe the boy and paying the appraisement and levies and annually paying testator's executor the sum of i shilling
      2. Benjamin Robinson --grandson (son of daughter Penelope)
      -after the death of testator's son William to have the eastern part of the above tracts of land.
      3. John Robinson --grandson (son of daughter Penelope)
      -should Benjamin die w/out heirs, then to have the part of the land left to him at Williams's decease
      -should testator's grandson James die w/out heirs, then to have the land "Ford's Adventure.' left to him and to testator's daughter Lucy Thomas.

      -at the decease of his mother, to have the western part of the above named tracts of land left to her-
      -at the death of his mother to have Negro boy "Jem"

      -to have for her natural life 150 acres of land in Charles County called "Ford's Adventure" to be laid off at the north end of the tract
      6. James Robinson --grandson {son of Penelope)
      -at the death of testator's daughter Lucy to have the 150 acres left to her
      -to have the remainder of the tract "Ford's Adventure" lying in Charles County
      -to have 1/2 of the fruit --such as apples and peaches that may grow on the plantation whereon Henry Thomas now lives for the natural life of testator's daughter Lucy Thomas
