Bequeaths to: 1, William Ford--son Priscilla Robinson --daughter -to have for their natural lives all that part of a tract of land called "Ford's Delight Enlarged" "Venture" and "Addition to Venture" which lie to the northward of a line which is drawn and intersects with the line of "Chance" and to be divided between them by a line from the end of 135 perches on the north 73 degrees west line and thence ... so as to make an equal division of the said parts of the tracts with William to have the eastern part and Priscilla the western part. -Priscilla to have Negro boy Jem" for her natural life on the condition that she maintain and clothe the boy and paying the appraisement and levies and annually paying testator's executor the sum of i shilling 2. Benjamin Robinson --grandson (son of daughter Penelope) -after the death of testator's son William to have the eastern part of the above tracts of land. 3.
