Bequeaths to:
1. Levin Covington (Wailes ?) --son
-to have all the land which testator possesses being part of "Brook Count" --to have on condition
2. Hezekiah Bussey (Wailes ?) --son -as condition for testator's land, Levin is to educate Hezekiah with "a liberal education such as will Qualify him for the practice of Physick"
3. John Wailes - son
-should Levin die w/out heirs, then to have the land left to Levin with the same
condition of educating Hezekiah
4, Susannah Wailes--wife
-to have one third part of all of testator's estate
-named executrix of the will
5. Ann (Wailes ?) --daughter
Rebecca (Wailes ?) —daughter
George Wailes --son
Catherine (Wailes ?) --daughter
Sarah (Wailes ?) --daughter
-remainder of the estate to be divided among all of testator's children

-to have Negro fellow "Mason"
