Blackwell, John
W. W. 21 May 1769---W. P. 10 October 1769
Son Samuel Blackwell-all my estate both real and personal, except twenty pounds apiece which I reserve for my executors for their trouble in looking after my estate.
If my son should die without any heirs or before he attains the age of twenty one years, then I give all my estate to be equally divided between my four brothers William, George, Thomas, and David Blackwell, and my two sisters Ann, who intermarried with John Blackwell, and Judith, who intermarried with Bennet Price and their heirs.
Mr. David Boyd, and my brother William Blackwell, executors.
Witness: Thos. Shearman, Joseph Blackwell, Joseph Hague, and Geo. Blackwell.
