p. 131 Know all men .. We ANTHONY THORNTON & HENRY WASHINGTON are bound unto Worshipfull Justices of Stafford County .. in sum 300 pounds Sterling, this 13th March 1733, The Condition .. if above bound Anthony Thornton Guardian of AUGUSTINE KITCHIN truly pay to said Orphan all Estate shall come to hands of said Thornton as soon as Orphan shall attain to Lawfull age or required by Justices .. as also to keep Justices from all trouble about the Estate .. then this obligation to be void or else in full force.

Stafford Pursuant to an order of Court dated 13th March 1733 and hath
since been renewed by the petition of Capt. ANTHONY THORNTON Guardian to Augustine Kitching We the Subscribers did value the above goods amounting to £29.4.10 for Augr. Kitching in part of £34.16.1 which appeared to be his due of his deced fathers estate by an Inventory which was produced to us by ANTHONY Kitching and the goods therein mentioned (which had been paid him on the same account) we valued to the above mentioned Sue of £35 16 p p 1 penny
