      Son Richard Neale-plantation whereon I now live in "Cherry Point Neck," and the tract of land in the aforesaid "Neck" I purchased of John Graham, called "Gills." The plantation called "Gills," he is not to have possession of until the decease of Mrs. Mary Eskridge. He also to have negroes Toney, Nan, and Mime.
      Son William Neale-tract of land called "Gills" as long as Mrs. Mary Eskridges lives, and at her death to go to my son, Richard.
      Son William-to have the plantation I purchased of John Lewis, and negroes Jack, Dinah, and Adam.
      Son Presley Neale-my two forest plantations, one devised to me by my mother's will lying by Col. Thomas Jones' Mill, and the other recovered by law of Elias Edmonds lying by Lewis' Ordinary,
      and negroes James, Pat, and Will, and if he should die without lawful heir of his body, then my son, Richard Neale to have the land by Col. Thomas Jones' Mill, and son William to have the land by Lewis' Ordinary, and when the land falls to my sons Richard and William, they to pay to my daughter Judith Neale, or her lawfully begotten heirs of her body, fifty pounds current money, each of them, and the rest of my son Presley's estate to be equally divided between my sons Richard and Williams and my daughter Judith Neale, or their representatives.
      Daughter Judith Neale-negroes Bristol, Jude, Simon, Hannah, Ellick, Harkless, Moses, Jacob, and Sam, the saddle and bridle she makes use of, and her choice of my horses.
      To my cousins Betty Neale, Saley Neale, Rodham Neale, and Ellen Neale, children of my brother John Neale-ten pounds each, to be paid in eighteen months after my death.
      Residue of my estate to be equally divided between my four children Richard, William, Judith, and Presley Neale.
      Friend Peter Cox, and son Richard Neale, executors.
      Witness:-Peter Cox, Shapley France, and William Eskridge.
      CODICIL:- Daughter Judith Neale-to have raised out of my personal estate, besides the estate given to her in my will, five hundred pounds current money.
      Son Presley Neale-to have Patts' youngest child, named Ciller.
