      Know all men .. I ROBERT RICHARDS of King George County .. am bound unto JOHN SAVAGE of Stafford County .. behalf of daughter of Mr. WILLIAM SKRINE deced vizt. ANNA & ELIZABETH in sum of Two hundred pounds Sterling money of great Britain .. 26th December 1729 and .. condition .. ROBERT RICHARDS by Intermarrying with MARGARET Widdow of WILLIAM SKRINE hath taken the estate (as appraised by Colo. NICHOLAS SMITH admr.) into his Custody in which estate there is three Negro children vizt. Bristol, Billy & Jeffery born of a Negro wench called Nan now
      if sd ROBERT RICHARDS .. do upon the day of marriage or at age of eighteen years deliver & pay unto sd ANNA SKRINE .. Bristol & Jefferey if they do live .. likewise to ELIZABETH at the age or day of marriage aforsd .. Billy .. with the next child be it male or female the above sd Negro Nanny if do live .. likewise if either ANNA or ELIZABETH should happen to die before abovesd age or day of Marriage .. all right to be invested in Survivors .. all to be void or in force ..

      SKRINE & ELIZABETH SKRINE at their coming of full age or day of Marriage .. We have not medled with them but have divided all the rest of the estate in two equal parts .. to MARGARET the widdow & to FRANCES the only surviving child of ROBERT RICHARDS .. likewise the land above mentioned .. 5th November 1735.

      THIS INDENTURE made the twenty fifth and twenty sixth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & Fifty Between WILLIAM BUNBURY & ELIZABETH his Wife of one part and FRANCES BUNBURY of the other part Whereas by Deed from the PROPRIETORS OFFICE bearing date the fourteenth day of October in the year one thousand seven hundred & Twenty Six ANNA SKRINE & ELIZABETH SKRINE (who hath since Intermarryed with said BUNBURY) was seized in their Demense as of fee of and in and to a certain parcell of land containing twelve hundred & forty acres being (then in the County of STAFFORD now Prince William) and whereas also the said ANNA SKRINE departed this life before any division made off the said Tract of land between her & the said ELIZABETH whereby the sd ELIZABETH became entituled to the whole of the said Land by Surviorship Now This Indenture Witnesseth that said WILLIAM BUNBURY and ELIZABETH his Wife for the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds Sterling have sold unto the said FRANCES BUNBURY in her actual possession now being by Venue of a Bargain & Sale for one year and by force of the statute for the transferring of uses into possession and to her heirs and assigns forever, All the said Parcell of land being in the Parish of Hamilton & County of Prince William which is bounded as followeth Beginning at A a white Oak Corner to the land of Capt. WILLIAM RUSSELL standing on a Branch of the sd TURKY RUN extending thence along the lines of the sd Land South East toB another white Oak North East to C a red Oak in the line of the land of MANN PAGE Esqr. thence binding therewith South West to D two white Oaks crossing the sd TURKY RUN standing on the North side of LIKING RUN thence up the said Run and binding therewith dividing this land from the land of DENNIS CONYERS North West to E a white Oak & a poplar standing on the said Run & nigh the head thereof North West to a white Oak being Corner to the said CONYERS, Colo.
      HOOFS land and the Lands of Colo. THOMAS LEE thence binding with the said LEEs land North East to a a white Oak on the Lower side of the said TURKY RUN thence crossing the said Run North East to 1-4 another white Oak on a branch thence North East to J a Hiccory corner to the land Surveyed for NATHANIEL HILLEN thence binding therewith South East to I a parcell of Stones South East. to Li a white Oak corner to said HILLEN & standing in the line of the land of the afsd. RUSSELL finally South West to the first station and all houses & appurtenances whatsoever to the sd Parcell of land belonging To Have and To Hold unto the said FRANCES BUNBURY her heirs and Assigns forever.
