To my several daus., chattels.
To eldest son Justinian Jordan, tract adjoining land I have already given him called Langleys Endeavour.
To wife Mary Jordan, use of my now dwelling plantation.
To son William Jordan, 50 A. which was given to me by my father, also land which I now live on after his mother's death; also negro boy called Jack.
To son James Jordan, 1/2 of plantation where my father did live, where the house and orchard stand.
To son Jeremiah Jordan, other half of the plantation whereon my father did live, being that part whereon my bro. John now lives; also negro boy called Job, negro girl called Henny.
To son Charles Jordan, 100 A. which I bought from Charles Carroll, Esqr., called "Constantinople ; also negro called Charles and one called Mary.

Charles County Maryland Land Record Liber Z#2, 1744-1753; Page 172. At the request of James Nevison, the following endorsement made on a deed from George Hatton of CC to Justn Jordan of St Mary's County was recorded on Aug 1, 1747.
I, Justinian Jordan, for 17,248 lbs tobacco and 12 £sterling, have assigned to James Nevison of CC, merchant, all this present indenture and the within mentioned tract of land called Saint Thomas. Signed Jun 20, 1747 - Just:n Jordan. Wit - John Winter, Arthur Lee. Mary, the wife of the said Justinian Jordan, released her dower.

Jun 20, 1747 from Justinian Jordan Sr of St. Mary's County, to James Nevison of CC, merchant, for 3752 lbs tobacco, a tract of land, being part of a tract of land called Saint Thomas', lying in CC on the west side of Piles Fresh, containing about 158 acres.
