      Page 156 IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen. I ROBERT KINGE of Stafford County in Virginia being sick & weake of Body, but of perfect sounde sen ce & memory Blessed be God I doe make & appoint this my Last Will & Testament Revokeinge all former Wills &Testaments by me heretofore made
      Imprimis I bequeath my Soull to Almighty God who gave it hopeinge that through ye merits of Jesus Christ to enjoy ye blessings prepared for all faithfull beleavers Secondly my body to ye Earth from whence it came to be buried att ye Discretion of my Exors. hereafter named in decent &Christian burial! & for what earth bey Estate it hath please Allmighty God to Endow me withall I give as hereafter followeth
      Thirdly I give to my Eldest Son GEORGE & my next Eldest Sonne ROBERT KINGE all that tract of land tnowne by ye name of ye FORREST PLANTACON it beinge equally devided betweene ye said GEORGE KINGE and ROBERT KINGE both in quantity and quality Fourthly I give to my Sonne JOSEPH KINGE & BENJAMIN KINGE all that tract of land that I now live on it beinge about Three hundred and Seventy acres of Untie lc the said Land to be equally divided betweene ye said JOSEPH & BENJAMIN KINGE JOSEPH to have that part known by the name of KINGS (faded) Grounds & adjoyninge to AMBROSE FARLOW & BENJAMIN to have that part where I now live
      fifthly I give to (faded) WILLIAM BOWLINGE & JOHN BOWLINGE & ROBERT BOWLINGE a Tract of lande lyeinge attye head of (faded) Creeke running wth lande I bought of THOMAS REVETT & EDWARD HUMSTON the said lande to be equally divided between ye before menconed BOWLINGEs & is Three thousand acres belonginge to me and ye whole Tract of lande is Twelve thousand acres & it extended it selfe from ye Branch of POTOMACK RUNNE to ye branches of OCQUIA CREEKE, HENRY MEREST & ANTHONY BUCKNER have ye remaininge part of ye said Tract of lande
      Sixthly I give to my Daughter SARAH KINGE & HANNAH KINGE all that tract of land Iyeing att a place knowne by ye name of ....STONE in WESTMORELAND COUNTY Between my Plantation called KINGS QUARTER and HENRY BERRYs upon HOLEs his Road ye said Lands to be equally divided betweene ye said SARAH KING & HANNAH KINGE
      Seventhly I give to my Daughter ANNE HOLE another Tract of lands adjoynninge to ye last tract of land upon HOLES has Road it being the nearmost tract towards RAPPAHANNOCK & the said Lande to her ye said ANNE HOLE after her decease to her Daughter HANNAH HOLE &her heires_
      Eightly I give to my Loveinge Wife MARY KINGE a tract of land wch I bought of ALEXANDER BOYNINGE it being Two hundred and forty acres lyeinge upon HUNTING CREEKE.
      Ninthly I give my Loveing Friende JOHN BREWTON & RICHARD AYLIFF both one tract of lande lyeinge between NIAPSCOE MERRIUMPSCO CREEKE that I formerly seated adjoyninge upon ye lands of MARTIN SCARLETT said Land to be equally divided betweene ye, said JOHN BREWTON & RICHARD AYLIFF both in quantity and quality. Tenthly & lastly I give unto my Loveing Wife MARY KINGE all ye remaininge parte of my Estate both personal &Real] and I doe appoint ye said MARY KINGE my Wife to bee my whole & sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament to see ye same pformed after all my just debts are paid. As Wittness my hande & Seale this 12th day of August 1689

ELIZABETH BREWTON & RICHARD AYLIFF Wittnesses thereunto subscribed on the 7th day of April 1690 and was then recorded Att a Court held for ye County of Stafford June 12 1690

      To all Christian People .. I BENJA. KING of Stafford County .. Know ye for the full sum of ten thousand pounds of good Tobo by me in hand already reced of my Brother JOSEPH KING have sold Joseph King 80 acres of land lying in St. Pauls Parish on South side of Machodick dam beginning at a marked beach tree standing on a branch which goes out of the said dam & extends thence NE=140 po; to a marked zaplin standing in a valley then, NW=82 pc: to a Locust post standing on a hill side being likewise the corner post for the land I have sold SAML. TODD than along Saml. Todds line of his land SW=142 po: to a hickory standing on the forementd branch then up the branch to the first beginning .. 10th day Augt 1708.

TODD of county afsd .. have sold 100 acres of land being in Stafford County in S. Paul Parish it being part of that 185 acres given to me by my ffather ROBT, KING: deced as by his last will & testament may appear beginning at a marked locust tree on the South side of Machotick dam and extends thence by a line of marked trees SE 138 po: to a marked hickory standing on a Branch of the said Dam commonly called the Green Branch thence down the meanders of the said Branch and dam to the first beginning
