      Imprimis I bequeath my Soull to Almighty God who gave it hopeinge that through ye merits of Jesus Christ to enjoy ye blessings prepared for all faithfull beleavers Secondly my body to ye Earth from whence it came to be buried att ye Discretion of my Exors. hereafter named in decent &Christian burial! & for what earth bey Estate it hath please Allmighty God to Endow me withall I give as hereafter followeth
      Thirdly I give to my Eldest Son GEORGE & my next Eldest Sonne ROBERT KINGE all that tract of land tnowne by ye name of ye FORREST PLANTACON it beinge equally devided betweene ye said GEORGE KINGE and ROBERT KINGE both in quantity and quality Fourthly I give to my Sonne JOSEPH KINGE & BENJAMIN KINGE all that tract of land that I now live on it beinge about Three hundred and Seventy acres of Untie lc the said Land to be equally divided betweene ye said JOSEPH & BENJAMIN KINGE JOSEPH to have that part known by the name of KINGS (faded) Grounds & adjoyninge to AMBROSE FARLOW & BENJAMIN to have that part where I now live

      Seventhly I give to my Daughter ANNE HOLE another Tract of lands adjoynninge to ye last tract of land upon HOLES has Road it being the nearmost tract towards RAPPAHANNOCK & the said Lande to her ye said ANNE HOLE after her decease to her Daughter HANNAH HOLE &her heires_
      Eightly I give to my Loveinge Wife MARY KINGE a tract of land wch I bought of ALEXANDER BOYNINGE it being Two hundred and forty acres lyeinge upon HUNTING CREEKE.
      Ninthly I give my Loveing Friende JOHN BREWTON & RICHARD AYLIFF both one tract of lande lyeinge between NIAPSCOE MERRIUMPSCO CREEKE that I formerly seated adjoyninge upon ye lands of MARTIN SCARLETT said Land to be equally divided betweene ye, said JOHN BREWTON & RICHARD AYLIFF both in quantity and quality.       TO ALL CHRISTIAN PEOPLE to whom this present writing shall come, I ROBERT KING of County of STAFFORD in Colony of Virginia send Greeting in our Lord God everlasting this Fourth day of September one thousand seven hudnred and teen, Now Know yee that I ROBERT KING for the sum of Eleven thousand five hundred pounds of tobacco and cask in hand paid by BENJA: NEWTON of the aforesaid County and Colony by these presents do bargain sell and confirm unto BENJA: NEWTON his heirs one tract of land containing One hundred and severty acres of land lying part in WESTMORELAND & pt. in Richmond County, it being part of a tract of land given by the last Will and Testament of my Father, ROBERT KING deded, to ANN HOLE and after her decease to her Daughter, HANNAH HOLE, and heirs, which HANAH HOLE dying without any child to inherits the said land it became the fee simple and inheritance of her Sister, ELIABETH HOLE, now ELIZABETH GUTHERY by vertue of her intermarriage to SAMUELL GUTHERY which sd SAMLL. and ELIZABETH GUTHERY did by their Deed bearing date the 5th day of August 1710 sell and convey to me ROBT. KING and indefeasable Estate in fee simple in the aforesaid land and premises by vertue of which title I convey the same to said BENJAMIN NEWTON his heirs which land soe conveyed to BENJAMIN NEWTON his heirs is One hundred and seventy acres bounded Beginning at a marked white Oake standing in the S, E: line of the Patent for this land which bears date May 18, 1669, and was granted to my Father, ROBERT KING, p 850 acres, the said line being on the S. side of HALES his Cart Path and extends by the said line S: E: 112 po. to a marked Hiccory standing in the said line, then N: 21 deg: E. 258 po: to a marked black Oak standing in another line of the said Patent. then by the old markt. lines of said Patent West 172 poles to a markt. Hiccory then S. to the place it first begun 162 poles, this Survey was made by Mr. THOMAS GREGG the 27th day of May 1710 for 170 acres of land with all rights members and appurtenances whatsoever belonging; To have and to hold ye sd. tract of land and appurtenances unto BENJAMIN NEWTON his heirs; In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale the day and year above written

      THIS INDENTURE made this Nine and Twentieth day of August in the fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereigne Lord George by the grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland, King, Defender of the faith &c., And in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eightten Between ROBERT KING of the Parish of Hanover in County of Richmond, Planter of one part, and ROBERT RICHARDS of the Parish of WASHINGTON in County of WESTMORELAND, Planter, of other parte, Witnesseth tht ROBERT KING for sum of Five shillings to him in hand paid by ROBERT RICHARDS by these presents doth bargain and sell unto ROBERT RICHARDS all those two several parcels of land begining at a certain white Oak, a corner tree of (blank) ALEXANDER, and so runing along the line of the said ALEXANDER until you come to the line of ANTHONY HAGGARD, and so along his line to the land of THOMAS WHITE, late deced., thence along the said WHITE's line to the line of BENJAMIN NEWTON deced., and so runing along his line until you come to the land of THOMAS MACKDANIEL, and so along his line to the first begining white Oak in all containing and to be laid out for Fifty acres of land (more or less), The other parcel of land begining at a red Oak a corner tree of JOHN ROE and so runing along his line to the line of SAMUELL DUCHIMIN,thence along the said DUCHEMIN's Land till you come to the land formerly belonging to SEM COX deced., and so along the same till you come to the Land of PATRICK MACKY, thence along the same until you come to the land of BENJAMIN NEWTON deced., it being now the Land of ROBERT RICHARDS, party to these presents: and so along his land until you come to the Dividing Line of ROBERT PECK and HENRY BERRY, and so along the same until you come to the first mentioned begining red Oak, in all containing and to be laid out for Fifty acres of land (more or less) scituate in several Parishes of Hanover in County of Richmond and of WASHINGTON in County of WESTMORELAND, it being parte of a tract of land formerly given devised and bequeathed by ROBERT KING deced,, Father to the said ROBERT KING party to these presents, unto ANN HOLE and after her decease to her Daughter, HANNAH HOLE and her heirs, which said HANNAH HOLE dying without issue to inherit the said land it became the freehold and inheritance of her Sister, ELIZABETH HOLE now ELIZABETH GUTHERY. by vertue of her intermarriage to SAMUEL GUTHERY, which said SAMUEL GUTHERY and ELIZABETH his said Wife did by their Deed bearing date the Fifth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Ten sell and convey to said ROBERT KING, party to these presents, it being parte of a Patent granted to ROBERT KING deced, Father to said ROBERT KING, party to these presents which bears date the Eighteenth day of May one thousand Six hundred sixty and nine, for Eight hundred and fifty acres of land; Together with all houses orchards rents issues and profitts thereof: To have and to hold the tracts of land and premises unto ROBERT RICHARDS his heirs during the term of one whole year paying the rent of one Ear of Indian Come at the Feast day of our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ next comeing if lawfully demanded to the end that by vertue of these presents and of the Statute for transfering uses into possession said ROBERT RICHARDS may be in actuall possession of the premisses and be thereby the better enabled to accept a grant of the inheritance thereof: In Witness whereof the said ROBERT KING hath hereunto set his hand and seale the day month and year first above mentioned
