      Imprimis I committ my Soule to Aiimighte God in full assurance through ye merritts of my blessed Saviour Jesus Christ to have a blessed resurreccen as for my worldly Goods I doe dispose of as followeth
      I give and bequeath to my Eldest Son GEORGE MASON Three hundred and fifty acres of land bee ye same more or lesse together with all ye houseing fenceinge and outhouses thereunto belonginge unto him & his heires for ever. the said three hundred and fifty acres of land being ye same 1 now live on and my will is that my said Sonne GEORGE MASON to bee at age to enjoy possession of his Land att. ye age of Sixteen yeares
      lttem I give my lands called by ye name of 'MERRYFIELD' by estimacon one thousand three hundred & seventie acres & & lyein ge beinge upon ye South side of the South Runne of QUANTICOTT in Stafford Countie ye said land to be equally divided betweene my Sonne GEORGE MASON and my Daughter MARGARITE MASON ANNE (Written over) MASON and their heires for ever
      Item it is my will that in case my Sonne GEORGE MASON should die before ye age of Six-teen yeares my Will is that my dear & Loveinge Wife MARGARETT MASON shall have one hundred and fifty acres of lande out of ye three hundred and fifty acres of land within specified that l gave to my Sonne GEORGE MASON to her & her heires for ever wth ye house I now live in wth all outhouses orchards fencinge thereunto belonginge and as for ye rest of my worldly Estate after my Debts are satisfied and paid to be divided equally betweene my leverage Wife &Children.
      Item I appoint my loveinge Wife to bee Sole Extrx. of this my Last Will and Testament desireing a decent & Christian like Burial and I doe utterly revoke all former Wills by me made. In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seale this 28th day of February 1690

ABRAHAM FARROW who intermarried with the relict and adrninistratrix of EDWARD MASON deced humbly sheweth that according to a former order of this Court he having caused the Estate of Edward Mason to be appraised and having set apart some necessaries out of the Estate as usual and customary humbly prays that the same may be allowed her in the Nature of her Paraphanalia unto his wife according as the Law Enjoynes and the Court have seriously weighed and deliberately consulted of the matter doe accordingly order Therefore tis ordered that MARGARET FARROW in Qualification aforesaid shall have those necessaries allowed her for her paraphanalia Vizt, one bed and Covering one small chest and box one small case one old brass candlestick one old warming pan one pestle one old box Iron one pair of bellows one old frying pan Two dishes Two plates one old bason one old pewter pott and three trayes out of her deced husbands Estate.

      THIS INDENTURE made the twenty second day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty six Between WILLIAM FARROW, ANN his Wife and ISAAC FARROW of Dettingent Parish & County of Prince William of one part and JOHN GRAHAM of the Parish and County aforesaid Merchant of other part Witnesseth that the said WILLIAM FARROW, ANN his Wife and the said ISAAC FARROW for sum of Twenty five pounds Current money of Virginia hath granted unto the said JOHN GRAHAM his heirs and assigns forever All the right of them to all that tract plannation and parcel of land whereon now lives SIMON LUTTRELL and ABRAHAM FARROW containing Four hundred acres of land it being the uppermost part of a greater tract of Two thousand acres of land granted to Captain JOHN LORD and being on QUANTICO CREEK on the South side thereon between the plantations where MARGARET FARROW now lives and the plantation JOHN GRAHAM now lives upon and then when granted in WESTMORELAND COUNTY but now in Prince William County aforesaid as by PATENT bearing date the twenty seventh day of September in the year one thousand Six hundred sixty and four may fully appear the Four hundred acres of land was sold by THOMAS BARTON of STAFFORD COUNTY to ABRAHAM FARROW Father to the said WILLIAM FARROW & Grand Father to the sd ISAAC FARROW as by Deeds of Lease and Release dated the fifth day of April in the year one thousand seven hundred & twenty eight relation being thereunto had and is bounded beginning at QUANTICO CREEK side upon the land of the said ISAAC FARROW and thence extending into the Woods South West to a marked Corner tree upon the head of LITTLE CREEK from thence South East to another corner tree thence North to QUANTICO CREEK and finally up QUANTICO CREEK according to the Courses thereof to the first beginning bcing laid out and surveyed for Four hundred acres as aforesaid by Captn, GEORGE BRENT Surveyor of STAFFORD COUNTY on the twentieth day of October in the year one thousand Six hundred and eighty and in the presence and by the consent of WILLIAM BOWRNE and THOMAS BARTON aforesaid Together with all houses and appurtenances whatsoever belonging To Have and To Hold unto the said JOHN GRAHAM his heirs & assigns forever.
