I, Matthew Boswell of CC being sick and weak in body but of sound mind and disposing memory and understanding
To son Matthew Boswell, one feather bed and furniture, one cow and calf, one eue and lamb.
To granddaughter Elizabeth Robey, one feather bed and furniture.
To daughter Eleanor Tippett, four sheep.
To wife Jane, the use of the residue of my estate during her life and after her decease it is to be equally divided amongst all my children, Sarah Nalley, Chloe Robey, John Boswell, Ignatius Boswell, Henry Boswell, Elkanah Boswell, Priscilla Moreland, Eleanor Tippett and Matthew Boswell; the children of my deceased daughter Elizabeth Robey shall have a child's part equally divided amongst them.
