      Note: you have Augustine Moore as born in Elizabeth City in 1679. I think you confuse the Moores of Elizabeth City county with the Moores of King William county, when there is no known connection between them.
      The Augustine Moore (Col. Augustine Moore) who married Elizabeth Todd (his second wife) is said to have been born in England in 1685. His english ancestry has never been discovered. He died in 1743.

      Nov. 16, 1742. Joseph Hawkins (son and heir of John Hawkins, Late Decd.) of Spts. Co., to Philemon Hawkins of sd. County. Whereas, John Hawkins, father of the sd. Joseph and Philemon Hawkins, parties to these presents, by his last will and test, recorded in King William Co., by which certain lands were given to sd. Philemon Hawkins, and others, the children of the sd. John Hawkins, Decd., it being doubted what lands were meant to sd. Philemon Hawkins and others, the children of the sd. John, Decd., and the sd. Philemon having lately bought several parts or shares of the lands of others, his mother and sisters, to whom the same was devised, and sd. Philemon Hawkins, is now possessed of the sd. shares or parts of Mary Hawkins, his mother, George Smith and Elizabeth, his wife, and Phebe Hawkins, amounting to 200 a., in St. Geo. Par., Spts. Co. The sd. Joseph Hawkins, knowing the intent of his father, the sd. John Hawkins, deeds to sd. Philemon Hawkins the afsd. lands, etc., under agreement that sd. Philemon will deed his interest in lands in Caroline Co. (sold by sd. Joseph to Augustine Moore, Gent.), and also pay Mary Hawkins (mother of the sd. Philemon), yearly during her natural life, 500 lbs. tob. and 5 bbls. of Indian Corn, etc. Witnesses, Edwd. Herndon, W. Miller, Thos. Pritchett. Nov. 2, 1742.

The sd. Moore and wife, in consideration of the premises, etc., convey sd. 500 a. of land known as Rich Neck, which was devised the sd. Thomas, by the will of his father, Augustine Moore, Decd.
